Testimonials

“My wife and I wanted an extension built and had been let down by another builder so took a chance on a Google search for a reputable builder. OWD popped up and the reviews looked great.
From the first meeting until completion, I can say it has been a risk worth taking. Matt and his team have been so engaging in the whole build and helped tweak the design. The quality of workmanship has been superb.
I have never met such a friendly and professional team. Thanks to Matt, Neil, Jim, Tom and Phil.
Brilliant job and certainly got the WOW FACTOR. Highly recommended.”

“Outstanding service yet again from Matt and the team! From talking glass and asking for the unheard of, to fitting! An absolute brilliant company!! Nathan is an absolute credit to the company and went above and beyond to get the job done! 100% recommend this company!!”

E. Camps

“Just had a conservatory makeover, new walls, new windows and new warm roof. Throughout the process we found the company to be knowledgeable, polite and customer focused. From Matt at the start, through to Neil, Phil and the builders, to Jim and Nathan who built the conservatory, we have nothing but praise.
They were always cheerful, tidy in their work and a credit to the company. Highly recommended.”

Mr. Williams

“The initial quote and customer service was very good, so very confident with the first impression. They seemed to know exactly the best solution rather than just the most expensive solution. Clayton and Beau came to measure up and the job took two days as initially predicted. The fit and finish was excellent. They went above and beyond by replacing rotten bits of wood and a broken roof tile. The place was spotless once completed, can’t recommend enough. Fascias and guttering looks great. Just awaiting lights but confident it will look amazing.”

Mr. Peckham

“OWD did a great job replacing all the windows and doors at my house, Kris was fantastic, and very good at working around me while I was at home. Mark was also very helpful after installation making sure all the doors were opening and closing smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them!”

D. Bareford

“Absolutely brilliant……fair prices and lovely staff. Have had Matt and the gang here twice now and wouldn’t contemplate using anyone else. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Marge our pet pig absolutely loves her new conservatory/bedroom!!! Thanks to all at OWD – it was a pleasure to have you here.”

T. Turner

“OWD supplied and fitted replacement guttering, fascia and soffit panels on my detached 3-bed house.
Clayton did the initial survey, quotation and installation. Very pleased with the standard of workmanship and finished results. Also ordered new composite front and rear doors from Matt at OWD.
Great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend.”

Mr. Coxon

“OWD replaced our plastic, opaque, noisy roof to a bright, quieter glass roof. What a difference! Wow! So, also on the off chance I popped in with my non-standard broken letterbox. A new one wasn’t available but Matt knew where to get obsolete spares. He measured the old one, located the replacement and it was ordered.
Bingo, it was all sorted. I feel confident of OWD’s great after-sales service, despite on this occasion, there was nothing in it for them. Thank you.”

K. Glover

“Absolutely delighted with our new conservatory and roof, it is now a room we can use all year round. The guys were brilliant and cleared the site every evening ready for the next day. Old conservatory removed, new one installed with a new roof in 4 days, love it! Would highly recommend OWD. Thank you!”
